The VbV service is launched automatically when you try to pay with your Card at VbV participating online merchants. After you enter your Card number and submit your order, a VbV window will appear and BankMed will display an authentication page. Enter your shopping Password and click submit. Once your identity is verified, your checkout continues.
After BankMed launches the VbV service, the first time you shop online at a VbV participating merchant and try to check out you will be prompted to enroll and to select your Shopping Password.
You will need to enroll the new Card for the VbV service.
You can enroll any of your BankMed credit, debit and iNet cards. If you have multiple MedCards, you can enroll each Card that you use for online shopping.
