A wide range of developmental programs are conducted each year in order to ensure the proper career development of Bankmed’s staff. A series of programs are put in place to grow the skills and capabilities of high performers and to ensure the supply of talents from within. These programs include: succession of career planning, first career paths, and leadership development programs.

Training Programs

Several in-house programs are delivered by Bankmed senior managers, external experts, and members of the TMT team. These programs cover a wide range of topics, which aim to raise awareness on specific issues among employees, introduce the staff to banking procedures, and help all employees develop their soft skills.

Banking Sector Training

Extensive training activities are carried out to keep Bankmed’s staff updated with regards to the banking sector regulations and developments. TMT is dedicated to delivering in-house training programs followed by exams.

Retail Internship Program

Bankmed Internship program is an oriented learning opportunity that allows under-graduate students gain practical experience in the banking field. It is a unique opportunity that enables students to actively take part in the real working world where they can think, interact, and address the actual challenges in the work field.

Bankmed Retail Internship Program is especially designed for Senior or Junior students enrolled in a full-time graduate study program in Banking and Finance, Economics and other Business majors.

If you are seeking an Internship Program that enables you to make a difference in the real world, then Bankmed Retail Internship has what it takes to prepare you for the real work setting.

Bankmed Retail Internship Program extends over a period of 4 to 8 weeks between June and September of each year. 

Take note that you have to apply for the program through your student office at your university. We will only receive applications and requests through universities.

During the program, you will:

  • Engage in an orientation session where you are informed about different banking arrays and their duties
  • Get assigned to on-the-job tasks whereby you are requested to perform specific activities, accompanied by qualified staff
  • Be assessed by your supervisor, who will evaluate your performance and competencies. This evaluation takes place at the end of the program

A final test concludes the cycle, and top performers, who show a distinguished value in their performance and learning capabilities, receive appealing rewards.

The program starts in June and extends until the end of August.
The deadline for applications ends on April 30, 2016. Students will be selected based on their GPA/grades.
