- What are the required documents to apply for a Fresh USD credit card?
Only a copy of a valid Lebanese ID.
- Do you need proof of income?
No need for a proof of income. Your credit limit will be set based on the cash collateral amount
that you have deposited.
- What if I do not have an XF account, can I apply?
Indeed. You can open a new XF account and apply.
- What is my credit card limit?
Your credit limit varies based on your cash collateral deposit amount. The required cash collateral amount is 120% of your credit card limit.
- What is the currency of the FRESH credit card?
a) The MedMiles credit cards are issued in USD currency
b) The Regular credit cards are issued in USD or EUR currencies
- Why I need to apply for the new FRESH USD credit card its better to use my Debit Card linked to XF account?
It is much better for you to benefit from a “credit limit” provided by the Bank, instead of using your own Fresh USD savings.
- Can I issue a Supplementary FRESH USD credit card to my relative?
You can issue a Supplementary credit card to your close relative being Spouse, Children, Father and Mother.
- Are there any restricted transactions on the FRESH USD credit card?
Yes, the following restrictions are common between all type of cards (Credit, Debit and Prepaid):
- Gambling
