In the absence of salary, domiciliation at Bankmed or the customer deems higher limit, cash collateral is mandatory. Cash collateral is set at 120% from card limit.

What is the cash withdrawal interest rate on the credit card?
Effective September 2023, the monthly interest rate on cash withdrawal is 2.80% from the date of transaction.
What do you mean by grace period up to 50 days?
The credit card cycle is 50 days from the date the credit card cycle starts up until the card payment date. However, the number of days you benefit from varies according to the date of the transaction performed and to the payment you do.
How do I settle my credit card payment?
You can settle your credit card payment through the following:
Standing Instruction: you have the option to settle your 10%, 25% 50% or 100% of your monthly outstanding balance through our standing instruction to debit your bank account at any bank in Lebanon.
MedOnline: you can manage your scheduled and recurring transfers at your convenience by requesting a debit of your bank account via MedOnline.
Bankmed Branches: you can visit our wide network of branches geographically spread across Lebanon to pay your monthly dues.
